Hello everyone,

As the title says, I would like to move from 6mm drop to 0mm. I already occasionally run with 0mm trail shoes but I mostly run with 6mm road shoes. I saw some guides where people moved from 12 to 8 to 4 to 0. I am unsure if I can jump from 6 to 0 or if it is best to got to 4 and then 0. What do you think ?

Perhaps provocative, but what is your goal with going to 0mm? I'm mostly on zero or <6mm drop but I'm mixing amounts of stack height.
