The medic takes scout back to his moms house where the scout questions how this could have happened to him, and medic tells scout about the risks of the machine and how it can affect you. Scout and medic make it to the house, scout goes in, a medic goes back to his office. Scout begins to talk to his mom when she stops responding and scout realizes someone else is in the house and it's revealing his mom is dead. The medic is then called by an unknown figure who taunts the medic with a recording of his conversation with scout.
