I'm not depressed to go to work.
I'm now a team leader, still working from home full time and no longer have to spend all day on the phone.
Instead I get to work on training, answer questions, and be supportive and encouraging.
In the past year I've demonstrated that effective I am in this role and that learned my team respects me quite a lot.
And as I'm in leadership I'm able to make suggestions that are actually taken seriously to make our department function more smoothly.
All of it makes it easier for me to lose a large chunk of my week just to pay the bills.
