Ibuprofen can cause issues with stomach lining and ulcers, long term usage is usually with drugs like Duexis which adds famotidine (Pepcid AC). Its claimed to be different but I would imagine taking four of these and ~ 2-3 regular strength (10mg) famotidine pills would work roughly similar(26mg in Duexis).
