It may be, but they still need Bethesda/Microsoft's permission to use Doom™ trademark. We're not in April and that's a legit commercial ads on their official channel.

Supposedly you will be able to play doom on the mower between April and September this year but they've already showed it off. At dreadhack this winter Husqvarna let people play doom on their mower.
I wasn't there I just read an excerpt of an article

Maybe they'll release a non-complete port of the game at April Fools
