Oh I agree that it's not really worth it's cost yet. I didn't pay $50 for the game because the have itself is when anything near that. Rather, it was worth the 50 to me to pay the devs to keep building the damn thing.

Absolutely. I saw my purchase as a late payment of KSP1 as I played it on a friends computer for several hundred hours before purchasing it on a -90% steam sale and putting my own ~300 hours into that. My playtime has been worth a lot more than what I paid for KSP1, so I'm happy to donate $50.
