Hi i am new here and got 2 question the first is I created an account on lemmy. World but I can't log in after that night so I decided to make a account here but I was surprised to see that the username I used in world is also be used in redthat so how lemmy will differenciate the 2 account and the 2nd question is what will happen with my account if redthat will shut down the server

this system is very much like email both with the names and what happens when the server goes away. backup tools are likely going to be a thing for users in the future.
