Climate activists generally criminalize themselves, meaning they break existing laws. It doesn't help the popularity of their cause either. I'm not saying there's never a reason to take protesting to the next level, but often these "crimes" are committed by people under 25 who even insurance companies recognize haven't fully developed the concept of consequences for their actions.
