I'm just fascinated with these sovereign citizens posts. How do you fall down such a rabbit hole that you believe this dumb shit??

How do you fall down such a rabbit hole that you believe this dumb shit??

To paraphrase George Carlin:

Think for a minute how dumb the average person is...and then realise that half the population is dumber than that.

Ironically, that's not how averages work.

The median and the mean are usually pretty close when we're talking about IQ. It's not like money where a few rich people can throw off the average, as no one has billions of IQ points.

What I said is statistically correct. IQ is a normalized measurement where median and mean are a score of 100 and the average is within 1 SD of 100. (The SD for IQ is 15.) This means that fewer than half will have below-average intelligence when measured using IQ because the lowest value for average is below the median.

Dude, it’s a joke. From a comedian.

The sky is blue and water is wet.

The irony is someone always points out this rhetorical comedic statement about society and intellegence is not rigorously correct...
