The bill, which received 70 votes in favor and 29 against, will now go to the Republican-led House, where it still faces significant obstacles.

Mike Johnson is probably going to block it. Then he's probably going to get thrown out of his position for blocking it, and the three-ring-circus that is the House GOP will have to find someone else that wants what is currently probably one of the shittiest jobs in our entire country--the Speakership of our House of Representatives in a House torn between Trumpian fascism and the old guard repubs. Then the new person will have to allow the aid to pass. Then the aid can start shipping again.

Whole process will probably take a couple months. Maybe.
