I started with Jerboa and then I switched to Connect. They both feel comparable...maybe Connect is a tad more intuitive.

I've grown fond of Connect's UI pretty quickly. However, ever since they fixed whatever was going on with Jerboa recently, it's actually been working very well, really smooth and responsive. So I'm on Jerboa right now.

I just realized in Connect you can drag a post left to either upvote, downvote, or save...super fast. Though, Jerboa looks just like RIF with the traditional arrows and vote count on the left --which my eyes are trained for atm. Also, I agree with another comment that Jerboa has a more readable font.
