I'm Kat. I'm new to this lemmy thing but I am on mastodon (@[email protected] ) and I am newly on reddit but am familiar with it.

Hello and welcome!

My first suggestion for anybody new to Lemmy is to check out your local community list and the Lemmy Explorer for interesting content. A personalized feed is much nicer than All (Federated feed on Mastodon).

I also try to upvote generously to encourage people to post more stuff. Hope you'll enjoy your stay.

Thank you. I've found so many new communities to fit my interests.

and i've found 2 lemmy apps for my android tablet. I might install one if i can find one on my iPhone.

i do also rather like the...minimalist design so far. I'm on mastodon as well but i'm on meow.social :D

Welcome! I've been using Connect for Lemmy on my Android and it's been awesome.
