It's mildly risqué and probably would fit the definition of something I wouldn't want rolling across my phone while I was at work. Right now? I'm sitting in my couch at home and I personally don't care.

The point of tagging something as NSFW is not that it could be full-blown hardcore furry anal porn, it's that something may be construed as porn. Regardless of what you and I consider NSFW, mildly risqué could be considered as porn in other situations by other people.

It's that consideration I am talking about. Many workplaces and the Taliban could align fairly well on some topics, actually. Obviously not on all points, but some.

Edit: This post being NSFW is absolutely subjective, is my point.

Ok, I read your post, and I've marked this post as NSFW to make people's lives easier.

I personally wanted the challenge of convincing you. (I do believe what I said, though.)

Was it the furry anal porn bit that sold you? I got a giggle out of it, anyway.

Usually I get reports that say something along the lines of "that's nsfw" (which isn't very convincing) but your post changed my mind because it gave me an insight into how other people may perceive this pic:

I still personally disagree with with flagging a pic depicting a person wearing a lacy bra but I don't want to get anyone in trouble and jeopardize their job, especially in this economy.

The whole situation is strange when you think about it.

There is public signage in malls at Victoria's Secret but nobody bats an eye. Open a picture of underwear on your phone at work and everyone loses their mind.
