No you're not if it's infringing on someone's copyright and you would agree with me if you ever created something you were trying to sell to make a living.

How do creatives make money if everyone is free to copy their work?
by selling it or taking commissions.
They're already doing it, you keep saying it's ok not to compensate them for their work and to simply share it by copying the files without any involvement with the original creator.
