I’ll probably stick with pistols. As long as I can keep upgrading them so they can compete against enemies.
I’m a sucker for a good silenced pistols. I might try to make a “John Wick” build and try to stealth through dungeons with a silenced pistol until I inevitably get discovered and have to run and gun my way out.
I love pistols because they're pretty viable at most ranges and allow for a lot of skill expression. Headshots are generally the priority with them, where shotguns are more just aim for the body or just generally near them. It really depends on what we can do with them though and how much damage they do. I think generally in Bethesda game (with guns) pistols have been pretty solid, and they keep your weight down. Since we have a ship I don't know if weight is going to be as important though. I guess I'll just be waiting to see how it goes.
