To be fair I had to open AniList to remember all of them, specially because of their names.

To be fair though, many isekai are just fantasy stories with extra steps.

Yes in a lot of cases. However, if the isekai trope is well used it has a deeper impact - like the MC having an alien view of the world when compared with the natives¹, some knowledge that they don't have² (tech, cuisine, how to exploit a system, or even future events), or even by being able to live childhood from the eyes of someone with memories of an adult life³.

Cooking with Wild Game is a good take on that.
...or even soup. Ascendance of a Bookworm, I'm looking at you.
Mushoku Tensei did this rather well.

Yeah, agreed. I think isekai is at its best when both worlds/lives/etc. actually matter. Some good examples!
