I can't think of another company that has an unbroken 17-year track record of making their client worse with every single update and every single new feature.

League of Legends is pretty close. It released in 2009, 3 years after Spotify. Its client has been getting worse every update for a very long time. Though they recently forced Vanguard into the game so I haven't played it since I uninstalled right before that update.
