A real problem on the West side of LA, I've had three people doing it at once, once, blocking both ways on a residential street. One was admittedly an Amazon delivery truck but the other two were just assholes.
Not as dangerous as the black Range Rover I nearly hit who had no lights and was simply parked dead in the streets. It wasn't out of order either, that asshole an hour later got back to his car just in time to avoid a tow.
