Give it time, eventually most new users that plan to stay will move off to other
Indeed. Considering it takes some time to find communities and topics (especially more obscure/non-centralized ones and stuff on federated instances), it's gonna take a while for people to settle. But with time people are probably gonna find stuff they like and stay because of them
topics naturally.
