Could RIF become LIF if it was retooled to show posts from Lemmy instead? Or are the websites so different that the only thing which could be repurposed is the UI?

If they're all working on that App instead then it might mean that they recognize that Lemmy is not a viable option to handle the traffic and organization required to replace something on the scale the size of Reddit.
