Competency tests, hooray. Yes. Absolutely. Test them all.
But yeah she's kind of a nightmare on other political issues. I think she called for the end of anonymity on the internet?...some good would come from that, I'm sure, but OOF. So much opportunity for corruption, tracking, invasion of privacy, persecution....more than there currently already is. No thank you. Keep that internet as open & free as possible.
