If you're on an iPhone, https://wefwef.app is pretty much the best and easiest way to get up and running. Way more options on Android right now, though.

Only thing missing that Apollo had is the haptic feedback. Otherwise it feels just the same

for a liiiiittle bit more effort (download testflight) check out memmy for lemmy. it's extremely close to apollo AND has the haptic feedback (and I might say I like the haptic feedback more?)
