Wefwef is basically an Apollo clone for Lemmy via PWA.

I use Memmy, myself, which is excellent and about to be out of beta.

Memmy and WefWef seem to be the best option for now. WefWef is so close to feeling like Apollo just certain things are kind of clunky since it's a PWA not an actual app.
