Seems like it would be a good problem to have, no?
The whole cap thing alludes me still, I mean I get it, but it bugs me watching teams spend boat loads to put together a super team, but we can never afford anybody despite not having a lot of super stars. I guess it's because the wealthier owners of big teams don't mind paying penalties? And after all that we did to free up room, they're decreasing the cap. Does that help or hurt us? I like that it screws other teams over :P

I would agree, though that's because I'm not a fan of tanking (and I would've said the same thing before we got Wemby). One tanking strategy would've been for teams to simply not spend a lot. They could then take on bad contracts from other teams along with draft compensation to help their rebuild. With the new minimum spending limits, this strategy won't work as well anymore. We'll see what new strategies tankers will come up with.
