If you have a good specced PC and you either loved the first game or want the best experience without digging through mods, then it's a great game and I'd recommend it. I have 400 hours in the first game so I found the 2nd game fun, although I don't see myself crossing 100 hours if mods don't get introduced.

Otherwise, the first game is still really good, less demanding on your computer, and much more customizable with mods.
