I bought bidets for the house during the COVID toilet paper lunacy and it's likely the best personal hygiene investment I've ever made. I still get upset when I have to poop somewhere that doesn't have a bidet.
I installed mine during COVID lockdowns - wife got one as a gift for baby shower and we never used it but 2 years later I broke it out during the dark times for toilet paper and it saved our ass, literally. Definitely the best improvement ever, yet some people do feel weird about them, like middle schooler homophobia or some shit
Obviously, everyone has their reason for things, but I do find it rather amusing that some can draw that kind of line in logic. Shower? Wet wipes? Totally cool. Bidet? Whoa, that might say the wrong thing about me!
Like, cleaning physically sensitive bits with water, isn't sex. Nor does it regard a connotation to any specific proclivities toward sexual preferences. It only means that you don't have to walk around with smeared shitalcles and clingy bits of tp stuck way down in the valley.
Woah. Wait a minute. Who's making this sexual? Didn't even consider that.
