I disagree. I think the Kang they set up at the end of Loki season 1 was an amazing antagonist.

The problem is they proceeded to do nothing with it. The only thing we got was Quantumania Kang and he was more villain of the week Kang.

Loki season 2 then showed a few things, but mostly got rid of him.

They've fumbled the storylines pretty bad, I expect they'll just write him out but I hope they can fix it and include him.

I’m not familiar with the comic books so all I have to go on the the MCU Kang and, as you said, the fumbled the story lines resulting in a villain that is not very interesting to me.
