Can't speak for them, but I'm not a breakfast person and I eat lunch at work, either in the cafeteria or eating out (or not at all, that also happens on occasion). So I really only need to prepare one meal a day during the week. And even if I get more fancy for that, it takes maybe one hour to make and clean up, not several. I'm genuinely curious what you all are regularly cooking that it takes this long.
