One of the things I miss from the Reddit coffee subreddit was the weekly bean recommendation threads so I'd thought I'd ask on here, what's everyone brewing this week?

I just finished a bag of Burundi Long Miles Gaharo Hill from Oynx Coffee Lab (https://onyxcoffeelab.com/products/burundi-long-miles-gaharo-hill?variant=40261580226658) that I made Kalita pour overs with.

My wife's niece and husband were in town this weekend, so I roasted some of my personal favorite beans (as of late) to share with them. QT Shopping LLC Himalayan Arabica, grown in Nepal. Only coffee grown outside the coffee belt and also the highest elevation grown coffee in the world.

Taste wise, very similar to Jamaican Blue Mountain, with slightly less acidity.

Those sound amazing, I've never had a Nepal coffee before. What were the flavor notes like?

Earthy, dark chocolate and a hint of caramel. Minimal (almost non-existent) acidity. Sold on Amazon, both roasted and green.
