Nuclear subs do not however use them for propulsion. Something like a very basic input delay or other Bluetooth issue could be catastrophic.
TIL 10 millisecond delay will cause a submarine to explode.
It wouldn’t be that dramatic but things like loosing connection briefly to propulsion could be incredibly dangerous when diving near a shipwreck.
