My hottest take is that car software shouldn't be able to receive OTA updates. Updates should be treated like a recall. We shouldn't encourage "ship it" behavior in our 80mph 3,000lb missiles.

Ha, try 120 mph 5000 lb cars. Teslas are fast and heavy as fuck. They do 0-60 in under 2 seconds and were engineered by recent grads.
