Iowa already charges EV owners a $130 registration fee. Now they will start charging a $0.026 tax on EV charging at charging stations.

Oh, the unsurprise. It's a bit more interesting seeing who's Undecided, though that probably means their lobbyist boss just didn't send them in to do their thing.
