I mean being open 7 days a week should have been a requirement for those rest stop locations to begin with...

Nothing against them, I'm not a fan of chick fila's politics and wouldn't go there. They do tend to treat employees and customers better than other chains. But this is a simple case of a service needing to be supplied 7 days a week. That's the whole purpose of these rest stops.
