food providers at transportation facilities and rest areas would require the food services to remain open seven days a week

It’s an unreasonable request for this kind of placement. People drive on Sunday, and need to rest and eat. I hope they would choose a better dining establishment, if given the choice, but hate-cock is better than driving hungry.
