I'm currently reading 'Every Man a King' by Walter Mosley - how about you?

Recently finished Project Hail Mary, and The Fold. Next up is The Martian. Also need to read the latest Rivers of London book.

I liked Andy Weir's second book, Artemis. Not as good as his other two, but I think it gets a bad rap.

It took me two tries to read Artemis, I bounced off it hard only a chapter or two in the first time. Second time I finished it, but I definitely didn't care for the characters or the story anywhere near as much as his other two books - both of which I loved.

I think people forget that it's young adult. If you keep that in mind, I think it's a very fine outing.

A person of taste, I see. I still have a couple of Rivers of London books left but I love the series. Have you read MJ-12 By Michael J. Martínez? If you liked The Fold and Rivers of London, it might be something for you. Anything else you could recommend?

I’m about halfway through the Alex Verus series and it’s pretty good so far. Although I think it’s gonna take a darker tone in the next few books.
