Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
I've done the 4 regional phenomena and all the geoglyphs, I'm clearing off some side quests before continuing (finishing?)
Not sure why but I bounced off of Tears hard. I played and finished Breath, but within 5 hours I'd had my fill with TotK.
Suspect it's a me thing more than the game.
I think it is a great game - I'm loving the sandbox feel and the "anything goes" way of traversing the map, solving problems etc - but I admit it doesn't have the same sense of wonder and immersion (I think?) as BOTW somehow.
It's also the first time I've made use of any item duplication glitches (it seems like the only "fun" / non-grindy way of making use of the new building mechanic) so maybe that, plus being able to just fly around everywhere on DIY contraptions, has taken some of the fun / point out of wandering around the map 🤷♂️
I suspect that feeling of not having the wonder or immersion is because you played BOTW first so the novelty isn't there, I had never played BOTW so it was definitely wonderful for me
