This has happened to me. Though with the opposite vibe. I was the one who was disturbed by the insistence on using social media instead of just giving me his number. So I left.
I have run into this on tinder. I was hesitant to give out my number at first, and Snapchat made it very convenient to date around. I think people kind of knew what's up, but who is expecting exclusivity out of the gate on tinder?
actually tho, this is the one real greentext. i have had similar things happen to me personally.
