So.. I used to own a DS lite back in the day.. but it broke in my backpack back in my 20’s. I still own my old Pokémon games (heart gold and leaf green) and was hoping to get back into them.

DS lite went for $129 in the US back when they came out in 2006.. adjusted for inflation that’s about $195.

I guess I’m wondering if anyone has any experience buying any of these refurbs I’m seeing online.

Are these 20 year old consuls worth $160 ?

I already tried asking this question on the Nintendo sub Reddit, and no one cared…

You can very easily buy Nintendo DS Lites for less than 100 on eBay/your local second hand game store. Look around and do some sleuthing
