So anytime something bad happens it’s because of America? That’s convenient. I’m pretty sure law enforcement violence was around long before America.

Yeah but America made it bigger. Especially with movies, it is so rare to see an American movie without some gun or shooting.

I'm not saying that the policeman was watching a lot of American movies. But this culture of "shoot on sight" is a thing on many american movies.
