Apparently it's called "Mäusebunker" (= mouse bunker). It was just recently approved for preservation and further usage. The decision will be presented in detail in two days and there is an ongoing exhibition for usage concepts of the Mäusebunker and other large buildings in Berlin: https://berlinischegalerie.de/beitrag/empfang-suddenly-wonderful/
