Probably not, no. Buuut AMD has an equivalent called FSR 2. Not sure how it is in comparison to DLSS 3, but it's something. https://www.pcgamesn.com/starfield/amd-partnership

I've got a gtx 1080 as it is so I need an upgrade anyways, this was a good push to just go AMD this time around. Not breaking the wallet with like a 6650 xt either
