How to report an online criminal(pedophile) from abroad? (sh.itjust.works)

How do I go about reporting an online pedophile? I only have his face picture. He says he's not from USA but from his writing style and the terms he use I think he is. Pls don't flood the post with questions about the story, I will make a full report to the authorities.

I did a quick search and found this: https://www.europol.europa.eu/report-a-crime/report-illegal-content-on-the-internet

Not sure how helpful that can be. You should report it to the FBI just in case. They may be able to pass that information along to the Interpol or something.
