This is the kind of stuff they need to do to get new fans. Stagger the games so that something is always on. They don't all need to start on the hour. Plus they need to figure out a better way to broadcast everything.
For real! This is going to be a hoot and a holler of a night to go to the bar in Canada. If you don't have local team you can just cheer for whatever team you dad liked.
We like to joke about Oilers vs Flames and Habs vs Leafs (or just shit on the Nucks/Jets) but watching all our Canadians teams get whooped by American teams using Canadian players is a source of national unity. Having it all happen in one night is definitely a recipe for more engagement.
But on a Tuesday?
Yeah that's the part I don't understand. Why not on a weekend? Or better yet why not spread the games out over an entire Saturday or Sunday?
