Yeah RTD doesn't have a good reputation.

When we used to take it to the airport, the driver argued with me about the stop being under construction. They even announced it on the intercom.

I verified the next day with RTD, and they corrected the driver. But imagine being called out on the intercom, when the driver is wrong.

Nah. They're overpriced and the drivers are awful.

You're not wrong about "overpriced!"

RTD's new adult fare, which now costs $3, up from $2.60, is more than twice the price of bus and train tickets in Austin and Houston, which go for $1.25. Denver's fares will may also hit riders' wallets harder than in New York and San Francisco, where tickets are less expensive and the cost of living is higher.
