Seems like they've offered €70m which was never going to be enough.
Around €100m is what I'd expect Levy to accept if Kane wants to go. I don't know if they'd go that high for a soon to be 30 year old who had regular ankle issues a few years ago (doesn't seem to be as much of an issue as a few years ago though).
The defenders they bought were quite young when they were signed.
