I think the main thing I'm looking forward to are those new Pocket OS updates ๐ Kinda begging to finally get DAC support, which appears to be missing here ๐ญ Also I have a white Pocket so would've loved to have gotten a white dock too, but eh it's okay, the black one is totally good.
Anyone here have a Duo on preorder? I passed on it too, but I'm kinda wondering if I'm gonna get fomo (probably... ๐ )
Is the dock worth it? I thought about getting it when I got my Pocket, but I was already spending quite a lot with the console ๐ฌ But I think I'd like being able to plug it into my TV, and I already have a couple of 8bitDo controllers I could use.
Yeah I mean I think it's great, if you wanna play any of the games that your Pocket plays, just on your TV, and you maybe already have one of the supported controllers, I think it's perfect. Especially if you don't already have a GameCube + Gameboy Player.
However at the end of the day, that's what it does, it let's you play those games on your tv. So I don't think there's much of a "wow" factor, which is totally fine. I wish it was like, just a tiny bit cheaper, and had DAC support, but still I'm happy with it.
