What if tanggalin na daw yung night shift dito sa work... actually pabor ang mga tao dito. I guess nobody really wants to do night shift. Heck, I don't like it either. We just make it bearable.
Ang weird pala kapag nagpa check up ka sa workplace mo tapos kilala mo lang yung mga people. What if I was diagnosed with a disease tapos may stigma? What if I just want to keep it private? So weird.
It is tempting to do day shift. But as a nighter, malapit lang kasi work, so night = less traffic at least most of the time. I'm all for 6 am to 3 pm but the lines man, just parang nakakahinayang lang na nagising ka ng maaga para wala kang kasama, which is exactly what a few thousand people also thought at that moment lol.
Alas, but it is what it is. Do what is best for you, as talagang ymmv whether you want to be a day or night shifter.
Very tempting din kasi ang shift pay. But do check if your finance can take the hit kapag nawala sya, especially kung sakop mo ng buo yung 10pm-6am.
andami din naman natutulog kapag night shift.
