So I finally came around and called "support" asking why I didn't see the option "Controls > Pedals & Steering > Apply Brakes When Regenerative Braking is Limited." that has been release for about a year.

Well, it's probably because older models doesn't support it.
Older models you say? It's not that old I would say, it's a Model 3, model year 2021.

If it could come in an update the car must be compatible, the cars hardware won't change. If this is the case you have purposely chosen not to develop the feature for all cars as of now.

Pretty tired of not being able to get answers to questions from "support" and Staff in general. Ok that not everybody is completely geeked out like forum members but there should seriously be a better tier available.

I know from first hand experience that 2019 and 2020 models support it. Don’t accept that and meep pushing for a fix.

2018 Model 3 LR RWD also supports it here

Thanks for the confirmations. Done some digging at it couldn't be a local thing. Checked a local forum and even tough it's only mentioned in a couple of posts a year ago it looks like it never rolled out in this region.

But that's info that the "support" should be able to provide I feel. This is what irkes me.
