Back when ThinkGeek was still around, they had a collection of D&D-themed scents, which happened to be created by BPAL. When I was in college, I missed the smell of fresh fall leaves and woodsmoke (having moved from a small town to a big city). BPAL was the first place I started looking, remembering their ThinkGeek collab, and now it's been a hobby that I dip in and out of.

Black Annis was one of the first scents I really fell in love with and wore almost every day as a freshman/sophomore. It's still up there for me, with scents like Abolish ICE and Night also high up on my tier list.

I also love bonfire / smoky scents, like Djinn, Scarecrow, Rumpelstilzchen, and Brimstone - I know they can be pretty harsh and overpowering, but something about them really strikes a chord with me.

I also "collect" body soap bars from local soapmakers, farmers' markets, and local craft shops when traveling. It's a great way to pick up a souvenir on a trip without buying something that will sit on my shelf for too long since I'll eventually use up all my bar soap. (Unlike all my BPAL imps.๐Ÿ˜‚)
