The base art is by mysillycomics:

OG Tumblr version from ~2018 (which is ~~stylistically different~~ [in hindsight I think it was just resized lol] and lower res, but losslessly compressed)
Updated Xitter version from later on (high-contrast lineart / more scuffed style and higher res, but has awful JPEG artifacting)

The meme portion -- as far as I can tell -- was added by Zealousideal-Guide38:

And then I hated the JPEG compression enough that I manually cleaned most of it up.
